2. How do I place an order?

Your best sleep is just a few clicks away. Shop online at ayamattress.com, choose your size and model, and we’ll ship your mattress right to your door—neatly rolled in a compact bed-in-a-box. No sales pressure. No markups. Just honest value and superior Canadian-made comfort.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—we offer free shipping across Canada. Every Aya Mattress is delivered to your door in a convenient bed-in-a-box format, so getting better sleep is easy, affordable, and totally stress-free.

4. How long will delivery take?

Once your order is processed, your mattress will arrive in 3–9 business days, depending on your location. We process orders within 12 hours on weekdays, so you can start sleeping better without the wait.

5. Can I schedule a delivery date?

At this time, we don’t offer delivery scheduling. However, with free shipping and an average 3–9 business day delivery window, your new mattress will be on your doorstep before you know it—ready for quick, easy setup.

6. Will you remove my old mattress?

While we don’t remove old mattresses as a standard service, we do offer free pickup of your Aya mattress if you initiate a return during your trial. We make it easy to try Aya—risk-free, commitment-free, and hassle-free.

1. What types of mattresses do you sell?

At Aya, we focus on doing a few things exceptionally well. That’s why we offer three mattress styles engineered with performance foams, gel-infused layers, and breathable fabrics. Choose from:

  • All-foam comfort (Oslo)
  • Cooling gel memory foam (Haven)
  • Hybrid zoned coil + foam support (Hybrid)

2. What sizes are available?

Whether you need a Twin for a guest room, a Queen for everyday comfort, or a King for stretch-out luxury, we’ve got you covered. Aya mattresses are available in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and California King.

3. What are the different types of Memory Foam in a mattress?

Aya mattresses feature high-performance, gel-infused memory foam in models like Haven and Hybrid. This type of foam is designed to reduce heat retention, improve airflow, and deliver body-contouring comfort all night long.

4. Do you offer custom sizes?

Custom sizes are not currently available. However, our full range of standard sizes makes it easy to find the perfect fit for your space—without compromising on quality or comfort.

5. Which mattresses are suitable for an adjustable bed?

All Aya mattresses are adjustable-base compatible, as long as your base provides proper support. Whether you’re sitting up to read or lying flat for deep rest, our flexible foam and hybrid constructions move with you for total comfort.

6. What makes a mattress more expensive?

Higher mattress costs usually reflect construction, materials, and support features. Aya’s Hybrid mattress, for example, includes zoned coils, gel foam, and reinforced edges—features typically found in much higher-priced models. And thanks to our direct-to-you pricing, you get elevated features without the retail markup.

Sleep Trial & Returns

1. How do I return a mattress?

We want you to love your sleep. If it’s not the right fit after 30 nights, you can return your mattress anytime within your 100-night trial. Just email info@ayamattress.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll schedule a free pickup.

2. Are there any return fees?

None at all. Aya returns are completely free, as long as you’re available for one of the scheduled pickup dates. We make better sleep simple—from first night to final decision.

3. Is it normal that my new mattress smells?

It’s common for foam mattresses to have a slight new-product scent. This is harmless and typically fades within a few hours to a couple of days when aired out in a well-ventilated room.

4. What if my new mattress is not comfortable?

Give it time—your body needs about 30 nights to adjust to a new sleep surface. If it’s still not working for you after that, no worries. You can return it within 100 days for a full refund. Because we believe great sleep should never come with second guesses.

1. Do your mattresses come with a warranty?

Yes—all Aya mattresses are backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. We stand behind our mattresses, so you can sleep confidently for years to come.
