Yes. Shipping is free anywhere in Canada. Your mattress arrives compressed in a box, delivered to your door.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 12 hours on weekdays and arrive in 3–9 business days, depending on your location. Delivery dates can't be scheduled.
How does the 100-night trial work?
Sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights so your body can adjust. If it's still not right, email info@ayamattress.com any time up to night 100. We'll schedule a free pickup and give you a full refund.
Are there any return fees?
None. Returns are completely free as long as you're available for one of the scheduled pickup dates.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Aya is backed by a 10-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. Email info@ayamattress.com with your order number and photos to make a claim.
Is it normal for a new mattress to smell?
A slight new-product scent is common with foam and harmless. It usually fades within a few hours to a couple of days in a well-ventilated room.
Will you take away my old mattress?
Old mattress removal isn't included. If you return your Aya during the trial, we pick it up for free.
